Driving the Porsche 924
Hey!! This is the first video of my car since the engine blew up during the summer…I’m now commuting 35 minutes to school everyday and its working! Hoping to convert to Megasquirt EFI this coming summer. For those who don’t know about this car, it is a 1978 Porsche 924, with a non-factory BAE Turbocharger on it. It put’s out a good amount of power, sounds cool, and is fun to drive.

Just me cruising around on some fun, curvy backroads in Northern New Jersey in my 1979 Porsche 924 while listening to some classic 80′s music. It was a very retro day……
Why is Porsche car design so unbalanced?
Here are my all time best of Porsche: 356, 356 Abarth, RSK, 550 Spider, 904 GTS, Carrera 6, 911 Carrera RS. … And with a bit more distance 924 Carrera GT and 993….The Porsche Boxter, showed as a prototype 1993 in Detroit, was the next attempt after the 914 and the 924 to add a line of cars below the 911….With the Porsche 924 Porsche tried again to do a low cost model and diverged from the old style engine in the back approach….
